There is no contact form, because a form means a database and a database means storing things about you. Email works better anyway.
General, corrections, product suggestions
If you are reporting a wrong number — a days-to-maturity that didn't hold, a price that has moved a long way, a process detail that conflicts with the NCHFP — include the page URL and what you actually observed. Corrections get published on the page, with the change noted, not edited in silently.
Takedown and rights

What we won't answer
- Requests for individualized food-safety sign-off. We cannot tell you whether your specific jar is safe. Your county extension office can, and that is the right call to make.
- Sponsorship, paid placement, guest posts, or link exchanges. Thedisclosure page explains why.
- Anything medical or nutritional.
